Punjab Police is initiating a hiring process for male and female constables, aiming to recruit 1450 police personnel from all regions of Punjab. The vacancies include positions for constables, lady constables, driver constables, and traffic assistants, with a scale of 7.
Application Procedure
- Download the application form at www.punjabpolice.gov.pk.
- Complete the application form with all the necessary details.
- Submit the filled-out form, along with an attested copy of the ID card and educational certificates, to the respective district police lines.
- Applications will be accepted from February 3, 2024, to February 17, 2024.
- An application fee of Rs 200 is required.
Eligibility Criteria for Constable and Lady Constable Positions
- Age: 18–22 years
- Domicile of the relevant district
- Physical test: Male candidates must run 1.6km in 7 minutes; female candidates have 10 minutes for the same distance.
- Height: male: 5 feet 7 inches; female: 5 feet 2 inches.
Driver Constable Jobs
Punjab Police is also offering numerous opportunities for driver constables with specific eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for driver constables
- Age: 21–30 years
- LTV driving license with two years of experience
- Height: male: 5 feet 7 inches; female: 5 feet 2 inches.
- Domicile of the same district and a valid ID card
- Secondary school certificate from approved boards.
