The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will experience partly cloudy weather and occasional rain over the next two days.
Currently, most of Pakistan is under the influence of continental air, leading to these weather conditions. Expect Peshawar and some areas in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to have partly cloudy weather with scattered rain on Thursday and Friday.
Wednesday evening/night is expected to be cold and dry, with freezing weather anticipated in upper districts.

Fog update for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Dense fog/smog will likely persist in Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera, Swabi, Peshawar, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan and surrounding areas.
Peshawar’s least temperature will expected to persist between 03-05 degrees Celsius on Thursday and Friday.
Meanwhile, cold wave and foggy weather overcame in Peshawar and plains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the last 24 hours.
Freezing weather prevailed in upper districts.
Kalam endured the coolest place in the region where mercury dropped 07 C below freezing.
In Peshawar, the lowest temperature was recorded at 04 C.
Relative humidity during the morning was recorded at 100 per cent.
Dense fog/smog conquered in Peshawar and plains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Less visibility disrupted traffic on inter and intra-city roads in plains of the province.
