The Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) has released the list of its National Assembly candidates for general elections, Bol News reported on Sunday.
According to details, the candidates of PML-N will contest elections for 212 seats in the National Assembly.
However, the chief of PML-N Nawaz Sharif will contest the election from NA-15 Mansehra and NA-130 Lahore, while the president, PML-N Shehbaz Sharif, will take part in general polls from NA-123 and NA-132.
Moreover, chief organizer PML-N Maryam Nawaz is also taking part in elections from the constituency NA-119 Lahore; on the other hand, Hamza Shehbaz is contesting elections from NA-118 Lahore.
Apart from this, in 51 seats of the National Assembly, no PML-N candidates are contesting elections; on NA-4, 19, 20, 21, 22, 44, 45, and 48, there are no PML-N candidates; however, there are no candidates on NA-54, 64, 88, 92, 117, 128, 143, and 149 as well. Added to that, in NA-165, NA-85, NA-90, and NA-204 constituencies, PML-N has not fielded its candidates.
Additionally, from NA-206 to NA-210, no candidates from PML-N are contesting the elections. PML-N has also not given tickets to NA-212, 214, 215, 217, and 218, while on NA-221, 223, 224, 228, 239, 245, 264, and 266, no candidates are contesting the elections.
