The Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab, Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, has encouraged the youth of the country to enhance their skills in information technology (IT).

Addressing an event in Lahore, CM Naqvi lavished his praise on youngest Microsoft professional, Arfa Karim. “Arfa Karim is a girl that we all remember with pride.”

CM Naqvi said that “I think that the dream of the youngest Microsoft professional, Arfa Karim, is about to be fulfilled. If we will not change ourselves according to the changing time, then we will remain way far.”
