Rawalpindi: The chief of the Awami Muslim League (AML) and former home minister Shaikh Rasheed Ahmad says that he has suffered a lot in his life; he couldn’t even imagine the suffering of the current 6-7 months.

In a video statement on social media, the AML chairman said that my house was broken, every individual in my household has been abused, but I persisted, even today. For seventeen times I have been a minister, some people didn’t consider me worthy of a ticket.

The former interior minister added that the ticket has been issued to those who came from London at night, I will maintain my friendship, I am a disciplinary man, I want to make a nation clear that I have passed the examination, and I will never bow down at any cost.

Sheikh Rashid further expressed his thought that in these six to seven months, I spent Chilla in such areas, lived in such caves, and spent days in prison, never thinking but standing by the truth like a mountain.
