Skit video man’s reaction to his trainer exercise routine post. Videos of trainers demonstrating fantastic exercises to teach and motivate others to abound on social media. In one such video, a man is seen instructing another individual on a few exercises. What distinguishes this video from others is the reaction of the man being taught by the trainer.
The skit is published on Twitter with a description that reads “Me and my trainer….”. The clip begins with the two males getting ready to work out. Soon after, the trainer begins with a simple push-up and progresses to more difficult exercises. At first, the other man attempts to imitate what the trainer is doing but quickly realises that he will be unable to keep up.
