Britney Spears’ first single in six years, Hold Me Closer, a duet with Elton John, was made available for download, Paris Hilton praised her longtime friend and the Princess of Pop.

On top of her bubblegum pink automobile, the This is Paris actress posted a video to Instagram while rocking a pink tracksuit and grooving to the just released song.

“It’s Britney (expletive)…and the Queen is officially back!” Hilton captioned the post. “Hold Me Closer is out now and I will be playing it on repeat until further notice!”

“So proud of you sis #HoldMeCloser #Sliving #ThatsHot,” the media personality added.

Britney Spears was ecstatic when her recent duet with Elton John, Hold Me Closer, debuted at number one on iTunes in forty different countries.

The Princess of Pop posted a video on Twitter where she used her British accent to address the Rocket Man hitmaker.

“Hello, Sir Elton John, we are like number one in 40 countries,” the Piece of Me singer said. “Holy (expletive) I’m in the tub right now and I’m about to go have the best day ever and I hope you’re well.”

Reacting to the message, John wrote, “Hey Britney!! Thank you for this message. You’ve made my day!! Hope everyone has the best day dancing to our song! #HoldMeCloser.”

The legendary singer posted a tweet of his own to celebrate the latest success of the track along with a clip of the song.

“I’m thrilled with the response to #HoldMeCloser I wanted to do a fun, happy summer track so was ecstatic when @britneyspears agreed to be a part of it!” he wrote.

“She truly is an icon, one of the all-time great pop stars & I love her dearly. I hope you all love it!” John added.

 

Since her conservatorship was terminated in 2021, Spears’ most recent single represents her return to the music industry.

The mother of two hasn’t released a single since her 2016 album Glory track Slumber Party, which was released.

The Marry Me actress and Argo actor are enjoying their second “romantic” Italian honeymoon, a source close to the couple said to Hollywood Life.

The source said that because JLo and Affleck both have busy schedules, the couple will return immediately to their workplaces after the trip.

“Ben and Jennifer will both head straight back to work after their honeymoon. He’s still in the middle of editing his Nike movie and she’s about to start shooting her new Netflix show [Atlas],” the insider said.

“So their schedules are very tight, they had to do a lot of juggling to fit everything in,” the source added. “But the good news is Jennifer’s shooting here [in LA] so they’ll be coming home to each other every night.”

“It was originally going to shoot in Canada so this is much better for newlywed life,” continued the source.

As for their honeymoon, “Getting away together to Italy is romantic but really for them, the most romantic thing is creating a life together as husband and wife,” the insider explained.

“They both have a ton going on with work and with the kids’ new school year and then on top of that the remodel,” the outlet shared.

“A lot of people would be stressed but Jennifer’s very serene about it all. She’s just so happy to be Mrs. Ben Affleck, she’s on top of the world,” noted the source.

The duo decided to throw a lavish three-day wedding bash for their family and friends at Affleck’s Georgia estate after tying the knot in a low-key ceremony.

Following which, they jetted off to Italy to celebrate their union alone for a second time after bringing kids to their first honeymoon in Europe.

The allied parties said the letter of the finance minister of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to Minister for Finance Miftah Ismail was a ploy to drown Pakistan in the flood of economic crisis.

They said it was Imran Khan who signed the agreement with IMF on tough conditions and tied down the hands and feet of the Pakistani economy.
