Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan reveal the name of their second child

Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second son in February this year but have not revealed his face, or his name yet.

According to an Indian report, Kareena and Saif have been calling their second son ‘Jeh’.

While the Laal Singh Chaddha actress and Saif are yet to confirm and officially announce their second son’s name.

Reportedly, the duo has several names in their minds, including Mansoor, which is the name of  Saif Ali Khan’s father, and cricket legend Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.

The name ‘Jeh’ means ‘blue crested bird’.

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless 250g

Capsicum 1 medium

Onion 1 medium

Oil for brushing

Salt 1/4 tsp

Red Pepper 1/4 tsp

Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp

Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp

Vinegar 1/2 tsp

Soya sauce 1/2 tsp

Lettuce (4 leaves)

Sour Cream 2 tsp (optional)

Method:

Marinate chicken with spices and sauces for 30 minutes. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Brush a cast-iron pan with oil. Cook chicken and vegetables on low flame for around 8-10 minutes. Keep stirring while cooking.

Set aside the chicken. Assemble the wrap. Add chicken and vegetable mixture. Then top with sour cream (optional). Enjoy the crispy crunchy wrap!

In our quest for something similarly easy, chocolatey, and mouthwatering dessert recipe for today. Walnuts and Cocoa Biscotti, which will win your heart straight away for being crunchy and nutrition powerhouses.

Walnuts and Cocoa Biscotti

Ingredients:

70g walnuts

1 egg

1 tablespoon white sesame oil or other preferred oil

30g orange peel

40g raisin

100g cake flour

20g cocoa powder

¼ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Method:

Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat them until fully whipped. Add white oil and whip well. Sift the ingredients of into a bowl. Add them to the bowl with an egg and mix well with a spatula.

Add walnuts, orange peel, and raisins and blend well until smooth. Put the dough on a 2 parchment-lined baking sheet; shape the dough into a 10 x 15cm rectangle.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool. After cooling, cut into 1cm size. Put them back on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for another 15 minutes. Turn them back and bake additional 5 minutes.

According to details, Komal Rizvi recently attended a program where she mentioned of a picture that went viral a few years ago.

“It’s about the time when Abdul Sattar Edhi was in the hospital for dialysis. He was very ill, so I thought I’d see him once before it’s too late,” she said.

The singer said that “On reaching there, Edhi Sahab’s son asked me to sing the song “Lambi Judaai” if you don’t mind. When I sang the song, he took a selfie with me.”

“After that, I got courage so i asked Edhi Sahab for a selfie.” she further said

Komal said that Edhi Sahab’s eye was closed in one picture and I immediately posted all those pictures on social media accounts. The next morning my brother calls me and he said to delete that selfie.

“I flatly refused because I did nothing wrong,” she said.

However, after the incident, the photos went viral on social media on which thousands of users made memes.

“I cried for two or three days because of this trolling, but my father told me that you are in this industry for so many years and you should be thankful that your scandal is made with Edhi Sahab.” she concluded

Recipe: Beat the summer heat with a frozen mango dessert

A perfect way to enjoy a hot summer day is to prepare a frozen dessert of mango and with the king of fruits ruling the current season. We have decided to make a vegan one at home which can last for up to 5-7 days. Ditch unhealthy fats and calories and tick your vitamin C intake for the day with a refreshing glass of vegan mango served with coconut cream.

Check out the recipe of vegan mango with coconut cream and the health benefits of the fruit below.

Ingredients:

3 cups Mango, in cubes

1 cup Cold Water

1/3 cup Sugar

1 Lemon, squeezed

Ingredients for cream:

1 cup Coconut cream

1 tbsp. Corn Starch

1 tbsp. Water

1 tbsp. Sugar

Method:

Add lemon juice to the mango cubes and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add sugar to mango and water in a food processor, pulse until soft. Taste and add a bit more sugar if needed.

Place it in a sealed container and freeze (at least 4 hours). Dissolve corn starch in water, heat coconut cream to medium heat in a pot, and add the dissolved corn starch and sugar.

Stir constantly until it thickens. Let it cool. Remove mango sorbet from the freezer and scoop it out. Serve with coconut cream.

Bollywood cinema’s legendary actor Dilip Kumar breathed his last at the age of 98 on July 7, 2021, at 7.30 am, leaving behind an ocean of fans mourning.

Dr. Jalil Parkar, the pulmonologist treating Dilip Kumar at Mumbai’s PD Hinduja Hospital confirmed the news of his death.

Let’s take a look at some of his best films from the past few decades.

Daag (1952)

Dilip Kumar won the first-ever award in the Best Actor category for his performance in this film. Produced and directed by Amiya Chakravarty, the film featured Dilip Kumar, Nimmi, and Lalita Pawar in lead roles.

Mughal-e-Azam (1960)

A historical drama in which he played the role of Prince Salim and brought a new dimension to the love scenes he enacted with Madhubala who played Anarkali. The iconic piece of cinema was helmed by K Asif and produced by Shapoorji Pallonji. The star cast includes Prithviraj Kapoor, Madhubala, Durga Khote, and Dilip Kumar in lead roles.

Naya Daur (1957)

The BR Chopra’s film got both commercial and critical success. Written by Akhtar Mirza, the film featured Dilip Kumar and Vyjayanthimala, with Ajit Khan and Jeevan in supporting roles.

Madhumati (1958)

The famous film by Bimal Roy starred Dilip Kumar and Vyjayantimala. It was one of the earliest films to deal with reincarnation and had a gothic noir feel to it.

Ganga Jamuna (1961)

This was the only film produced by Dilip Kumar. The story is set around an innocent man who is forced to become a dacoit. Dilip Kumar did perhaps one of his best roles in the film.

Ram Aur Shyam (1967)

After a bad spell at the box office, Dilip Kumar came back with a bang with the hit film Ram Aur Shyam.

Devdas (1955)

Based on the Saratchandra Chattopadhyay novella, the story is about a tragic lover played by Dilip Kumar. This is considered one of his best performances. Devdas was also ranked number 2 film on the University of Iowa’s List of Top 10 Bollywood Films by Corey K. Creekmur.

Shakti (1982)

It was notable for being the first and only film to feature veteran actors Dilip Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan together on screen. The film is regarded as director Ramesh Sippy’s best work and is considered as one of the greatest films in the history of cinema.

Mashaal (1984)

Vinod Kumar (Dilip Kumar) played a respected, law-abiding citizen who turns to crime for exacting revenge.

Karma (1986)

The film reunited Subhash Ghai and Dilip Kumar after the success of their last film together Vidhaata (1982). It was the first time Dilip Kumar was paired with Nutan.
