The X-series receives the majority of the attention, but Vivo’s reasonably priced Y-series makes 5G connectivity accessible to everyone.

The business debuted the Y76s and Y76 5G before the end of last year and is currently preparing to introduce the new Vivo Y77 5G.

A 16MP selfie camera that allows face unlocking is located on the front. Users also have the option of using the side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The display is the same: a 6.58″ LCD with a resolution of 1,080 by 2,408 pixels (20:9) and a typical refresh rate of 60 hertz.

PCB forbids centrally contracted players from playing in KPL

The Kashmir Premier League (KPL) season, which begins on August 6 in Muzaffarabad, will not feature any players who are centrally contracted with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

According to PCB Director of Media Samiul Hasan Burney, the board made the decision with consideration for player fitness because controlling their workload before the T20 World Cup is a primary priority.

The Kashmir Premier League will not feature any of Pakistan’s centrally contracted players because they are currently in the West Indies.

The players’ workload needs to be regulated as well because Pakistan has a series against Afghanistan and England coming up after the West Indies tour, according to Burney.

He argued that because the National T20 Cup is a domestic competition and the PSL is Pakistan’s premier tournament, the KPL cannot be compared to any of those competitions.

The KPL, in contrast, is a private league where most of the players are retired, he added.

Six teams will compete against one another from August 6 to August 17 in the first KPL: the Rawalakot Hawks, Kotli Lions, Mirpur Royals, Muzaffarabad Tigers, Overseas Warriors, and Bagh Stallions.

19 matches will be contested in the event.

Lees leads England run-chase against India

Alex Lees’ quickfire unbeaten fifty ensured England made a rapid start to their run chase in the delayed fifth Test against India at Edgbaston on Monday.

England were 107-1 in their second innings at tea on the fourth day, needing a further 271 runs to reach a target of 378.

Lees was 56 not out, having shared an exhilarating opening stand of 107 with Zak Crawley in a match England must win to end this five-Test series all square at 2-2.

But the pair, together for fewer than 22 overs, were separated just before the interval when Crawley shouldered arms to a brilliant off-cutter from India stand-in captain Jasprit Bumrah.

Crawley, who has been struggling for runs, had looked in fine touch while hitting seven fours in his 46.

There have been only two successful fourth-innings chases above 200 in a Test at Edgbaston, with South Africa making 283-5 in 2008 and England 211-3 against New Zealand in 1999.

England, however, reached seemingly stiff targets of 277, 299, and 296 during a recent 3-0 whitewash of Test world champions New Zealand.

Both Cheteshwar Pujara (66) and Rishabh Pant (57) threatened to take India to an impregnable total but each got out when well set, with the tourists losing their last six wickets for 55 runs as they were bowled out for 245.

Lees and Zak Crawley set about the chase with relish.

Left-hander Lees off-drove Mohammed Shami for four, with Crawley whipping Bumrah off his pads for another boundary.

Lees then expertly uppercut third seamer Mohammad Siraj for four and greeted Ravindra Jadeja’s first ball of the day by going down the pitch to drive the left-arm spinner to the boundary.

A forcing shot off Siraj took Lees to a 44-ball fifty with his eighth boundary. As he walked off at tea, Lees was involved in an animated conversation with former India captain Virat Kohli, who’d already been spoken to this match by the umpires after exchanging words with England’s first-innings century-maker Jonny Bairstow.

India resumed on their overnight 125-3, with Pujara 50 not out and Pant — who made 146 in a first-innings total of 416 — unbeaten on 30.

Pujara had only been recalled to the top of the order after India captain Rohit Sharma and fellow opener KL Rahul were ruled out by Covid-19 and a groin injury respectively.

He looked in fine touch Monday, forcing England great James Anderson off the back foot through point and clipping him off his pads for two well-struck fours.

But the 34-year-old’s four-hour innings ended when he cut Stuart Broad straight to Lees at backward point.

A clearly frustrated Pujara walked off, having now gone 50 innings since his last Test century — 193 against Australia at Sydney in January 2019.

Pant was dropped on 45 when Crawley failed to hold a tough chance diving to his left at second slip before a leg-glanced four off Broad, his seventh boundary in 76 balls, took him to his fifty.

But Pant fell when a miscued reverse sweep off left-arm spinner Jack Leach was caught by Joe Root at slip, with England captain Ben Stokes mopping up the tail on his way to 4-33 in 11.5 overs.

This decider should have been played in Manchester last September only to be postponed just hours before the start because of coronavirus concerns within the India camp.

In China, Huawei just debuted a new product. The Mobile WiFi 3 Pro Router is a brand-new mobile router.

The new gadget, which has a sleek and thin design, was introduced by the Chinese tech giant in its domestic market.

Its body is rectangular and has rounded sides and corners. The Interstellar Blue color and general design of the body are the same, but only a single strip at the front includes the required LED lights to indicate the battery life and signal strength.

The company’s branding is also visible on the front.

Additionally, the device just weighs 113 grams, making it the ideal traveling companion. The new WiFi 3 Pro Mobile Router can download files at a maximum speed of 300 Mbps, according to official notes.

It also includes a 3,000mAh battery pack inside, which enables the device to function for up to 12 hours.

In other words, it provides high-speed internet for six hours, which should be ideal for people who need reliable and quick access while on the go.

It uses WiFi 22 antenna design for dual-band high-speed 2.4GHz and 5Ghz, and it can connect to up to 32 devices.

The WiFi 3 Pro requires a SIM card to operate and supports all three of China’s major telecom providers, including Mobile, Telecom, and China Unicom.

This makes it similar to other SIM-based WiFi dongles or portable routers. The cost of the new device is 499 Yuan (roughly 75 US Dollars).

The upcoming Vivo Y77 5G smartphone has now been rendered and its characteristics have been provided by an international tech website.

The Vivo Y77 5G and Vivo T1 Pro 5G share a lot of similarities in terms of design. It includes two sizable cutouts for three lenses, a notched display, and flat sides.

‘Halo’ devices protect drivers in two consecutive accidents in F1 & F2

Today’s Formula One and Formula Two races at Silverstone saw two horrific incidents, both of which, according to experts, should have been fatal if not for a “Halo” device that saved lives.

On Sunday morning’s opening lap at Silverstone, Formula 2 drivers Dennis Hauger and Roy Nissany crashed after Hauger’s car was propelled over the “sausage” kerb and sent flying in Nissany’s direction.

Before both cars came to a stop in the gravel, Hauger’s car ploughed with his adversary at high speed.

Amazingly, both drivers walked away from the incident unharmed, and television replays revealed that Nissany’s life was saved thanks to the Halo, a cockpit-fixed safety feature that was introduced to Formula 1 and Formula 2 in 2018.

Alfa Romeo driver Zhou Guanyu was involved in a second first-lap crash in the subsequent Formula One race that was also held at Silverstone. His car flipped many times at high speeds and skidded upside-down across the gravel on top of its Halo device.

After going over a tire barrier once more, Zhou’s vehicle eventually became stuck between a fence and a barrier at the first corner, delaying rescue efforts.

George Russell, one of the drivers involved in the collision, raced to check on the Chinese driver as the race was red-flagged.

Russell was prevented from rejoining the race because his Mercedes was brought back to pit lane while he was attending to Zhou. Russell called it “one of the scariest crashes I’ve ever seen.”

Mercedes objected to the decision, but the FIA stood its ground.

Valtteri Bottas, Zhou’s teammate, originally attested to the fact that his friend was speaking, awake, and free of fractures.

Alfa Romeo reported that after examinations, he had been discharged from the circuit’s medical facility.

Later, Zhou expressed gratitude to the supporters.

He stated: “I’m fine, no problems. Today, Halo saved me. We appreciate all of your wonderful words, everyone!”

After Nissany and Hauger’s collision, F1 journalist Chris Medland tweeted: “Nissany’s life was definitely saved by the Halo. 100 percent.”

Tom Gaymor, an F1 commentator, said: “Thank goodness for the Halo, unmistakably the savior yet again.”

The Halo is a safety shield that helps keep big things and other debris out of the cockpit of a single-seat racing car.

It has drawn criticism for allegedly destroying the “purity” of a single-seat, open-cockpit racing vehicle.

Others have argued that it can obstruct a driver’s ability to rapidly exit the vehicle. This hasn’t been a problem in practice.

After he and bitter rival Max Verstappen collided during the 2021 Italian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton said the Halo saved his life.

The rear-right wheel of Verstappen’s Red Bull car crashed with the top of Hamilton’s Mercedes after it veered out of control and into his path.

Later, Hamilton stated: “Today, I feel incredibly blessed. God is good because the Halo rescued my neck and myself.”

The 4,500 mAh battery supports 67W fast charging, allowing the power cell to be fully charged in just 38 minutes.

The phone will be available in the colors; Night Black and Nebula Green.
