Aaradhya Bachchan, the 13-year-old daughter of Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, has approached the Delhi High Court, seeking the removal of false online content that she is critically ill. The young Bachchan family member filed a plea for a summary judgment to combat the spread of misleading reports regarding her health. In response, the court issued notices to multiple platforms, including Google, to address the issue.

This legal action follows a similar ruling from April 2023 when the court had ordered Google to remove deceptive videos that falsely claimed Aaradhya was in serious health danger. Aaradhya’s family has been vocal about their concern for her privacy and well-being, highlighting the damaging impact of such rumors.

The court has scheduled the next hearing for March 17, 2025. The case underscores the ongoing issue of misinformation on social media and its harmful effects on individuals, especially children of public figures. The Bachchan family continues to advocate for their daughter’s rights and protection from such unfounded claims.
