Special court to indict ex-PTI Chief , Qureshi in Cipher case tomorrow

RAWALPINDI: The Special Court will indict the founder Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) and former federal minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in a cipher case Tomorrow(Wednesday), both face accusations that they leaked a diplomatic fable.

Official Secret Act Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case in Adiala Jail while Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) ​​Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi, PTI founder, and Shah Mehmood’s lawyers were also present in the court.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s family also reached the court in connection with the court proceedings.

During the hearing, the court disposed of six different petitions filed by the lawyers.

The judge of the special court said that he would discuss the matter with the media on the open trial in jail.

However, in the cipher case, Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi  could not be charged and the court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow morning.
