Sania Mirza contracted coronavirus

Indian tennis star Sania Mirza had contracted the novel coronavirus at the beginning of the new year, 2021, however, the tennis star is fine now and shared her COVID-19 experience.

Taking to social media platforms, Sania updated her fans that she was away from all the limelight and social media because she was tested positive for coronavirus.

The tennis star revealed that she had mild symptoms but the most difficult thing to survive in isolation is to be without Izhaan, her son, and her family.

Sania asked her fans to follow all the SOPs and asked everyone to protect their friends, families, and everybody in the surrounding.

“We must do everything we can to protect our friends and family… Wear your masks, wash you hands and protect yourself and your loved ones… we are inthis fight together”.

Earlier, Pakistan’s acclaimed cricketer Shoaib Malik and wife, the famed Indian tennis star, Sania Mirza hadextended New Year 2021 wishes to all the fans and friends out there.

Taking to Twitter, the adored couple of sports fraternity shared a sweet video message ahead of the New Year 2021.

“Don’t forget, lets support each other in these tough times as we need eachother’s help. Stay strong, stay healthy,” the message read.
