Srha Asghar reveals details of her brother’s death

Actor revealed that she could not go to his funeral.
She had exams and another brother was with her at the time.

In a recent interview with Nadir Ali, actress Srha Asghar opened up for the first time about the premature death of her younger brother.

The military brother of Srha Asghar, who was stationed in Afghanistan, was mentioned. In Nadir Ali’s podcast, Srha said the following about him: “I think that I feel sad about the time when my brother passed away in the USA, I could not even go to his funeral, even if I could go I can’t tell about my feelings, I think I can’t attend funerals, and at that time I had my exams and my other brother was with me, I know it’s important to be at the funeral of brother but I could not go and even when I visited his grave,

The Pyaar Ke Sadqay actor continued, “I recall that I cried after two or three days. My brother passed away in 2012 at the age of 31, was a former US Army soldier, and was shot in Afghanistan. A squad attacked his camp. Prior to his passing, we spoke on Skype. It was challenging for me, but I can only imagine how challenging it must be for my mother. He spoke to everyone.

Yumna Zaidi shares the first poster of her debut film Nayab

Fawad Khan and legendary Pakistani actor Jawad Shiekh will also be cast.
She expressed her enthusiasm for her upcoming work.

Yumna Zaidi is all set to make her feature film debut in Nayab, a movie about the sport we all love: cricket.

On Wednesday, the Parizaad actor released a minute-long trailer for the next movie. In the description of her Instagram post, “Immensely excited to share the title motion poster of my first feature film for Pakistan Nayab, the idea and making is so close to my heart ….. sharing it with all of you.”

The actress wrote: “Immensely excited to share the title motion poster of my first feature film for Pakistan Nayab, the idea and making is so close to my heart ….. sharing it with all of you.”

The video pans in on a bullet-riddled wall with a cricket ball and bat. She shouts, ” “Akka, tum dekhna, aik din poori dunya ko kehte sunno gai. Naam yaad rakhna [Lord, one day you’ll hear the world say it. Remember the name],” followed by loud cheers from the crowd.”

Yumna Zaidi expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming production in an interview with a local media outlet, saying, “The team is absolutely great and accommodating. Right now I am at the training for couple of months, working for this project.”

She further gave insight to her character, saying, “This [Nayab] character is about a girl who is passionate about cricket, trying to reach a certain point with her brother’s help as she struggles. He helms her reach her dreams.”

Yumna Zaidi will star in the upcoming movie produced by Rumina Umair and Umair Irfani with executive producers Agnes and David Kenney of Kenneyz Films. Fawad Khan and legendary Pakistani actor Jawad Shiekh will also appear. Ali Abbas Naqvi, who previously wrote the script for Laal Kabootar, which starred Ahmed Ali Akbar and Mansha Pasha, wrote the screenplay for Nayab.
