ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) has granted bail to 250 accused PTI November 26 protest in 13 cases, while rejecting the bail applications of 150.
The ATC in Islamabad heard the bail applications of the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) workers in the cases registered on November 26 protest in Islamabad.
In thirteen cases registered on PTI’s November 26 protest, two and 250 accused have been granted bail.
The court ordered the release of the accused on a bond of five thousand rupees, while the bail applications of 150 accused were dismissed.
In the case of Bani Gala police station, eighteen accused were granted bail, in case number 1033 Kohsar police station, the bail application of the accused was rejected, while in case number 1032, the bails of forty three were accepted and the application of one was rejected.
Bail was granted to nine accused in Shehzad Town police station case, seventeen accused were granted bail in Noon police station and the application of one was dismissed.
Seventy accused were granted bail and twenty-five were dismissed in case number 1022 of Abpara police station.
The applications of 30 accused in the case of I-Bain police station and 13 accused in the case filed in Margalla police station were approved and two were rejected.
