SRK responds to Paulo Coelho’s tweet that reads, “king, legend”

Paulo Coelho
  • Paulo Coelho gave a shoutout to Shah Rukh Khan in his recent tweet.
  • He shared a video of fans celebrating outside Mannat, Shah Rukh’s Mumbai home.
  • A day later, the actor replied to Paulo’s tweet with ‘I am not a terrorist’.

Shah Rukh Khan received a shout-out from Paulo Coelho in a recent tweet. On Thursday, the Brazilian author posted a clip of a celebration for Pathaan’s success outside Shah Rukh’s well-known Mumbai residence Mannat, which had been posted by the actor. Paulo responded to the video by tweeting, “King. Friend. Legend. But above all, he is a fantastic performer (I highly recommend My Name is Khan – and I Am Not a Terrorist for those who are unfamiliar with him in the West).” Shah Rukh responded to Paulo’s tweet a day later.

Shah Rukh Khan responded to Paulo on Friday, calling the author “too kind.” The actor also requested a “sooner than soon” meeting with Paulo. “You are always too kind, my friend,” Shah Rukh tweeted. Let’s get together as soon as possible! Thank you.

Fans praised their beautiful online interaction, and some even requested a meeting with Shah Rukh. Tweeted a supporter: “Please meet me too.” Shah Rukh, you deserve all the praise, according to another. You actually are a legend, a king, a master actor, and so much more. Don’t stop sharing your light and love. You have my undying affection, Shah Rukh. Paulo and Shah Rukh were also mentioned in a tweet as “two legends.”

Shah Rukh and Paulo’s Twitter conversation has drawn attention before. The writer “thanked” Shah Rukh in 2020 for the movie Kaamyaab, which was supported by his production company Red Chillies Entertainment. Paulo shared a movie poster on Twitter and wrote: “Shah Rukh, you are thanked by the filmmakers in the opening frame. The same is true of me. A great Brazilian actor named Flavio Migliaccio committed suicide two days ago and left a note criticizing the way the arts community treats its creators. This comedy-style film is actually the tragedy of art.”

Shah Rukh tweeted in response to him, saying, “Saw the film, when it was doing festival rounds, and it touched a chord with the entire crew at Red Chillies Entertainment. I’m so touched you find it useful. The sad reality is that character actors often go unappreciated. Be safe and healthy, my friend, and take care of yourself.
The author has previously commended Shah Rukh and director Karan Johar for their film My name is Khan in August 2015. (2010). Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar, congratulations!,” Paulo had tweeted. This is Khan. I hope more of your films could be viewed in Europe. Years passed before I could watch this. The next thing Shah Rukh said to Paulo was, “Send me your address, sir.”I’ll give you access to every Indian movie as it comes out. We are fortunate to be able to read your writing as soon as you do.

Shah Rukh Khan was singled out by author Paulo Coelho on Twitter for praise following the enormous success of the actor’s most recent movie, Pathaan. The actor thanked his followers in a video that he released, thanking them for gathering outside his Mumbai home, Mannat. The Brazilian author reacted. But above all, GREAT ACTOR (I definitely recommend “My name is Khan- and I am not a terrorist” for those who are unfamiliar with him in the West).” One fan replied, “Wooww… what a way to present him to people who are unfamiliar.” Paulo thank you guy you always stand with our king srk loads and lots of love (red heart emojis),” one person commented.

The author has already given accolades to Shah Rukh for his role in My Name Is Khan. Paulo congratulated Shah Rukh on the seventh anniversary of the movie in 2017 via Twitter. His first (and only) movie I watched this year, even though it was released in 2008, was My Name is Khan, according to a screenshot he posted from a Facebook post. Additionally, SRK deserved an Oscar if Hollywood hadn’t been conned. The film was amazing. Since it is difficult to find them in Switzerland, he graciously offered to send the other titles.

The actor had responded to Paulo by saying, “Gratitude to you. My goal for my next trip is to try to meet you in person. health and love to you.” The actor played Rizwan, an autistic man who wants to meet the US President after the murder of his stepson, in the film My Name Is Khan, which also saw the reunion of Shah Rukh and Kajol. Being a Muslim in the US exposes him to prejudice, and he works to reassure everyone around him that he is not a terrorist. The movie was written by Shibani Bathija and Niranjan Iyengar and was directed by Karan Johar.
