Iryna Kurachkina said, My Olympic silver medal is the fruit of the hard work of many people, she commented on her performance in the Women’s Wrestling 57kg final at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Iryna said, “A lot of people have invested their efforts in this medal. It is to them that I want to dedicate the success. First of all, this is the national team of Belarus. This is our head coach Oleg Raikhlin, a personal coach who has worked with me since the very beginning of my wrestling career, Artur Zaitsev, Sergei Smal. This is the entire coaching staff, the doctor, the masseur, the sparring partners who helped me train for the Olympics,”
She added, “I have won silver. This is how things are today. There is something to work on and to grow further.”
