The veteran actress of Pakistan’s showbiz industry Meera jee raises awareness for mental health and deems it important for everyone, especially stars on the ‘World Mental Health’ day.
Took to Instgaram, the Baaji actress shared a post in which she sheds light on mental health and depression.
In her post, she said, “Mental health is something we all are deprived off in the county we worked in and the industry we are supposed to be stars off. So the more awareness we raise the better it is for all of us. Remember depression is just a slump you have to get back up or nobody else will force you.”
