Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are happily married

Brooklyn Nicola

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz, who married in Palm Beach last month, are having the time of their lives.

As they strolled through a Los Angeles farmer’s market, the newlyweds looked to be the epitome of a cosy pair.

The couple, who married in Florida in early April, seemed head over heals for each other as they strolled together.

In one photo, the couple was beaming with delight as Nicola clutched a bunch of yellow flowers.

The 23-year-old wannabe chef dressed down in a white t-shirt, blue trousers, a backwards baseball cap, and plain sunglasses.

Nicola, 27, went for a summery look in a black maxi dress, heeled shoes, sunglasses, and a little purse.

The couple appeared comfortable as they sought for things, and at one point, they kissed one other while shielding their faces with roses.

Nicola and Brooklyn have spent the most of their relationship in the United States, only visiting the United Kingdom for brief vacations with his family.

What is an op-ed, and why did it ruin Johnny Depp’s life and career?

Johnny depp

In her controversial 2018 op-ed, Amber Heard claimed to be a victim of domestic abuse.

The piece wrecked ex-husband Johnny Depp’s life and career, caused him to lose the faith of his friends, and transformed him into a global monster.

Op-ed is an abbreviation meaning “opposite the editorial page.”

The term “editorial” is defined by the Cambridge Dictionary as “a piece of writing that conveys a personal view and is generally written in a newspaper opposite the page on which the editorial is printed.”

Such pieces are not authored by the publication’s editorial team, but rather represent the author’s point of view.

After divorcing Johnny Depp, Heard named herself as a victim of sexual abuse in an article headlined ‘I came out against sexual violence – and faced our culture’s fury.’ This must alter.’

She described being “exposed to abuse at a very young age” and being “harassed and sexually raped by the time I was of college age.”

Heard stated that she “kept silent” about the occurrences at first.

Amber, on the other hand, stated that she chose to speak out against violence and domestic abuse after experiencing it herself, pointing to ex-husband Johnny Depp as the aggressor.

Heard described herself as “a public figure symbolising domestic abuse,” and Johnny Depp quickly began to lose big acting roles, including a vital one in Pirates of the Caribbean.

During the incident, Depp received negative media coverage, with several publications labelling him a “wife-beater.”

Depp eventually sued Amber Heard 13 months after their divorce was finalised, accusing her of slander.

Heard has counter-sued Depp for $100 million (£80 million), saying he defamed her by referring to her accusations as “false” and a “sexual assault farce.”

on Cowell discusses work-life balance: ‘It’s critical right now

Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell opened out on balancing business and home life, revealing that after the pandemic, he decided to spend more time with his son Eric.

In an interview with The Mirror, the music mogul explains why he has reduced his workload and is now solely focused on America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent.

“I do think I have got the work/life balance right, particularly with Eric because he’s eight now,” he told the outlet.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge added, “The only good thing about the coronavirus was that during the lockdown we spent a lot of time together – and I love his company.”

“Once we came out of lockdown, I had to make a decision, which was do I go back to what I was doing before? Or do I do a little bit less and I’m able to spend more time with him? That’s what I decided to do,” he told the publication.

Cowell further said that he only do things which he likes to do like Got Talent, adding, “I make notes on every episode before it goes out, sometimes two times, three times, and these are 90-minute or two-hour shows. That’s a whole day noting one episode.”

“You’d be amazed how much time you’ve really got to put in and you’ve got to be healthy and you’ve got to be fit. You don’t want to be tired,” he continued. “It’s finding that balance. It’s absolutely key now.”
