Roberts allocated $2.5 million of Comcast’s donation to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles’ ReBUILD LA initiative, with the remainder supporting other charities assisting victims.

The Screen Actors Guild has also committed $1 million to assist members who have lost homes or been displaced by the fires, recognizing that many behind-the-scenes industry workers have been affected. Additionally, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS contributed $500,000 in emergency grants to provide meals, shelter, medical care, and financial assistance.

“These wildfires have left deep scars, but they’ve also ignited a powerful wave of support from Broadway to the West Coast,” said Robert E. Wankel, chairman of The Shubert Organization.
