They dismissed their restraining order against Ezra Miller two weeks later.
A temporary restraining order was issued against the 29-year-old Justice League and Fantastic Beasts star on March 29, according to court documents obtained by People. It’s because Miller bullied and intimidated them.
The restraining order lawsuit was dismissed Monday, per the couple’s request, the AP reports. The couple’s lawyer, William Dean, informed People that his clients had opted to lift the temporary restraining order.
Miller allegedly “burst into the petitioner(s)’ bedroom and threatened” the alleged male victim by “saying ‘I will bury you and your slut wife.”
Miller allegedly stole the alleged victims’ social security cards, wallets, passports, driver’s licences, and bank cards.
Miller allegedly stayed at the couple’s home in Hawaii after meeting at a farmer’s market, according to Radar. The pair got Miller out of jail on a $500 bond following his arrest at a karaoke club for disorderly behavior and harassment.
The actor allegedly barged into the couple’s home after that, according to Radar. Miller’s representatives did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
