Every year, we bid farewell to technological goods and services that have finished their useful lives. Some are no longer current and relevant, while others are abandoned for failing to catch on.

It’s time to reflect on the technological advancements we lost in 2022 as we look back on the year. Many people are affected by the loss of these goods and services since they have played a part in our lives.

So let’s go back in time and reflect on the technology that didn’t survive this year.

Some of the notable ones are listed below:

Blackberry

All outdated Blackberry handsets ceased to function on January 4 as the Blackberry manufacturer discontinued providing Legacy services for the 7.1 operating system and prior Blackberry 10 software.

Onward Mobility, a Texas-based business, attempted to resuscitate the brand with a new Android phone, however the plans were ultimately abandoned.

iPod
