Nick Jonas has spoken out about performing old, classic songs to Maltie Marie Jonas, her infant daughter.
According to Pinkvilla, Entertainment Tonight stated that the singer-songwriter, who co-parents his daughter with Priyanka Chopra, spoke openly about how he tried to serenade his newborn girl at the Golden Glove Awards.
“I’m singing to her. “You know, I love to sing to her, and it’s lovely,” Nick remarked.
Interestingly, the Jealous hitmaker informed the newspaper that he doesn’t perform any Jonas Brothers songs to Matlie, but rather old favourites.
“I’m performing a bunch of old standards that a lot of you know.” “My wife plays her more of what’s on the iPod or anything, but I sing,” the 29-year-old explained.
Previously, Nick referred to his daughter as a “blessing” on The Kelly Clarkson Show. He went on to say
“It’s great to have her here with Priyanka.”
