Naval Chief Expresses Solidarity With Kashmiris On Youm-e-Istehsal

Youm-e-Istehsal Naval Chief message

Naval Chief Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi has expressed solidarity with the people of Kashmir on Youm-e-Istehsal.

According to Pakistan Navy’s spokesperson, the Naval Chief said, “The sacrifices of the Kashmiri people will not go in vain. The Kashmir issue should be resolved in accordance with UN resolutions and wishes of people of Kashmir.”

PM Vows To Stand With The Oppressed People Of IIOJ&K

Prime Minister Imran Khan has reaffirmed Pakistan’s lasting support to the Kashmir cause and vowed to continue to extend all possible assistance to Kashmiris till the fulfilment of their absolute right to self-determination.

PM Imran Khan said, “Today marks two years since India’s illegal and unilateral actions of 5 August 2019 in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). These actions were followed by unprecedented military siege and restrictions on fundamental rights and freedoms of the Kashmiri people to perpetuate Indian occupation in the occupied territory.”

“Yet, India has failed to break the will of Kashmiri people. Kashmiris face unabated extra-judicial killings, custodial tortures and deaths, arbitrary detentions, burning and looting of houses to inflict collective punishment, and other worst forms of human rights abuses.”

“India’s illegal and unilateral actions of 5 August 2019 and subsequent measures particularly pertaining to domicile rules and the land ownership laws are aimed at changing the demographic structure of IIOJK and converting the Kashmiris into a minority in their own land,” said the premier.

“Barbarianism From RSS-Led Ideology Has To Be Stopped”

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that the Kashmir dispute should be resolved as per UN resolutions as the people of IOJ&K are observing Youm-e-Istehsal today.

DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar released a message of Army Chief General Qamar Javed on the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal from his official Twitter handle.

Bajwa, in his message, said that lasting peace in the region is not possible without resolving the dispute as per the aspirations of Kashmiris.

Resolution of Kashmir dispute as per UN Resolutions and aspirations of Kashmiri people is imperative for enduring peace and stability in the region,” he added.
