This Cartoon Network newspaper clipping will take you back to the 2000s. Or remember when we missed school due to the weather and spent the morning watching cartoons? This is something that every youngster from the 1990s can relate to. Gone are the days when viewing Cartoon Network programming was on everyone’s to-do list. A Twitter user, however, brought back memories by revealing the schedule of animated episodes that would air on Cartoon Network.

A user, Priyanka Thirumurthy, submitted a newspaper item with the schedule of cartoons that would air on Cartoon Network beginning at 5 a.m. The publication precisely indicated the times and duration of each show. Adapted from “The New Scooby-Doo Movies” “From “The Powerpuff Girls” to “The Popeye Show,” the big list covered it all! It actually transports us to the early 2000s, when newspapers printed channel schedules to inform readers on when and where to watch their favourite shows.

“This is how a perfect day looked like in 2001! #nostalgia,” read the caption on the photo of an old newspaper clipping.
