Lady Diana predicted she would die in a fiery car crash almost two years before her death in Paris in 1997.

The Princess of Wales reportedly requested a private meeting with her legal advisor in 1995 to discuss something ‘on her mind,’ according to a preview of a new Discovery+ docuseries about the late princess, The Diana Investigations.

Diana allegedly told Victor Mishcon about her prediction, according to the advisor’s notes cited in the docuseries, and the advisor took notes of their conversation.

According to the report, Diana told Mishcon about reliable sources’ who told her that a ‘car accident might be staged’ to kill her. The princess also allegedly stated that she would “either die or be seriously injured.”

Diana was involved in an eerie car crash in Paris’ Pont de l’Alma tunnel in August 1997, as her driver, Henri Paul smashed into a pillar in an attempt to avoid paparazzi following the car.

Diana, her partner Dodi Al-Fayed, and Paul were all killed in the crash.
