The industry titan in music and entertainment announced the band’s new accomplishment on August 27 via their official Twitter account.

 

The group member Lisa obtains the second and third positions on the chart this week with her popular songs LALISA and MONEY, in addition to How You Like That, which previously peaked at number 19.

With this, either BLACKPINK or member Lisa holds the top three spots on Billboard. She just made history by becoming the first female pop icon to hold the #1 spot in the rankings.

For those who don’t know, Pink Venom is the lead song from BLACKPINK’s next album BORN PINK, which is scheduled to be released on September 16, 2022.

BLACKPINK’s mega-hit Pink Venom is achieving new milestones across the world with its spectacular and power-packed music video.

The World Music Awards revealed BLACKPINK’s Pink Venom achievement on their official Twitter account on August 21.

According to an announcement made by World Music Awards, the popular South Korean female quartet is currently No. 1 on the iTunes charts in the United States for the second consecutive week.

In at least 73 regions, the new solo track has topped the US iTunes Top Songs chart.

 

According to YG Entertainment, the band’s upcoming album Born Pink experienced tremendous pre-order sales of over 1.5 million in one week, as reported by The Korea Herald.

Additionally, it is anticipated that album sales may surpass the 3 million level.

The pre-released solo single Pink Venom will be featured on the group’s forthcoming album Born Pink, which is set for release on September 16, 2022.

Chelsea Fuji, a Japanese dancer, recently posted on her private Instagram account about BLACKPINK Jennie’s injury.

Fuji took to Instagram on August 4 to express her thoughts on working with BLACKPINK’s Jennie as her double and other members of the cast.

She mentioned that the idol is making a comeback despite a hectic work schedule and filming for the upcoming HBO series The Idol.

Soon after the post was shared, BLACKPINK’s fans, also known as BLINKS, rushed to show their support and concern for Jennie’s health, as she had previously suffered injuries from which she was recovering.

“GET WELL SOON JENNIE,” started making rounds on social media as fans wrote heartfelt messages for the singer.

The Idol is an upcoming American drama series for HBO, created by Abel ‘The Weekend’ Tesfaye, Reza Fahim, and Sam Levinso
