Actor Arez Ahmed recently shared that a fellow actress persistently pursued him for a relationship and marriage, even after he was engaged and later married to Hiba Bukhari.
The revelation came during the couple’s appearance on Nida Yasir’s Ramzan show, where they opened up about their personal and professional experiences.
During the discussion, Arez addressed the backlash Hiba faced during her pregnancy, questioning the criticism. “What should a pregnant woman do? If she doesn’t go out with her belly, should she just stay home with it?” he remarked.
Hiba also expressed frustration over being judged for continuing to work while expecting. “Is pregnancy a disease or a disability that I should stop working?” she questioned.
In a lighter segment, Hiba playfully asked if any actress had ever pursued Arez before their marriage. He admitted, “An actress tried to be in a relationship with me, and she had been after me for a long time.”
Without disclosing her name, he further revealed, “Even after my marriage with Hiba was fixed, she kept pressuring me to marry her.”
Arez firmly concluded, “Even if I hadn’t married Hiba Bukhari, I still wouldn’t have married that actress.”
