Following the defamation case against famed singer Ali Zafar, the Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued arrest warrants of singer and respondent Ali Gul Pir in its hearing on Monday.
Within the defamation suit claims that Meesha Shafi and her buddies ran a smear marketing campaign towards Ali Zafar on social media following Shafi’s unique submit which alleged the singer sexually harassed her.
However, the court also expressed its annoyance over nonsubmission of a challan against prime respondent Meesha Shafi to which the FIA prosecution team apprised the court of her absence noting that she is out of the country.
Different respondents whom the petitioner Ali Zafar thinks allied with Shafi are Iffat Omar, Leena Ghani, and Fariha Ayub, had been additionally current within the court docket right this moment.
Others include Haseemus Zaman and Ali Gul who were not on the premises.
The challan on them noted the respondents published insulting posts against the petitioner on social media.
