With her recent dance video, Hollywood diva Drew Barrymore has sent her desi admirers into a frenzy. The actor is seen dancing with YouTube star Lily Singh to Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty’s popular dance number Chura Ke Dil Mera in the now-viral video. It’s also ‘right now’s the coolest thing on the internet!’

Lily Singh, a Canadian comedian, recently appeared on Drew Barrymore’s talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, and it appears that she had a great time on set. She also surprised her Indian followers, who number in the millions. She posted a video of herself and the host dancing to Main Khiladi Tu Anari’s popular song.

She captions the post, “Finally met @drewbarrymore and she legit stole my heart 😂 Also, didn’t she nail this?! Ugh. A queen. I had an absolute blast on @thedrewbarrymoreshow today. Fun fact, Drew and I met virtually during the pandemic and instantly became textually active friends, BUT this was our first time meeting in person. It was magical and real and she can keep my heart forever.”

Katrina Kaif slaps Akshay Kumar in real during the shoot!

In Rohit Shetty’s cop action flick Sooryavanshi, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar returns to the big screen alongside the stunning Katrina Kaif.

Aside from their sizzling on-screen chemistry, the two have a deep connection as well as working together. Both became frank about their shooting experiences on The Kapil Sharma Show recently.

Upcoming ventures and rejoining on television after a long time they spilled the beans on a slap scene in which the Tiger Zinda Hai star was forced to slap Kumar without retakes.

Akshay revealed, “Nei, thappad wala scene mein koi retake nei tha. Ek hi baar kiya.” He added “Asli mein hua tha. Asli mein mara hai. Nei woh actually gap nazar aa jaate toh isne asli mein pail diya.”

Furthermore, Katrina admitted to slapping Akshay during the filming of Welcome in an old interview.”I slapped Akshay while shooting for Welcome. I was required to slap Akshay for a scene. I did that, but somehow it was not looking real and the director called for a retake, I did the shot again and again.”

“Akshay got fed up and shouted ‘Come on slap me hard’. I got carried away and landed one tight slap on his cheek, everyone just froze on the sets, and there was pin-drop silence,” she added

Akshay Kumar’s mother shifted to ICU after health worsens

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s mother Aruna Bhatia has been shifted to ICU in critical condition in Mumbai hospital.

According to the report, Akshay’s mother was not well for a few days and today she is in the ICU at Mumbai’s Hiranandani Hospital.

Meanwhile, Akshay, who was in the UK for the shooting of his film Cinderella, has returned to Mumbai to attend his ailing mother.

It should be noted that Aruna Bhatia was also a Bollywood film producer.

On the work front, Akshay will next be seen in the film Sooryavanshi alongside Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif.
