Several people did draw attention to the similarities between the two songs after Zee Music’s recent allegation, but the response has mainly been in favour of the Pakistani drama. Supporters are outraged and that it is unfair. Other people asserted that the cause was envy because the OST and show became popular on YouTube in India.

None of Zee Music and Tere Bin’s production issued an official statement regarding this matter.
