In an interview, royal pundit and expert Richard Kay shared his observations.

He began by noting, “Meghan and Harry have an interest in having a portrayal where they are philanthropic. And there’s nothing philanthropic about too much kiss and tell. Especially with the passing of the Queen.” –

“They would be worried about their public perception. In America the Queen was enormously respected and they know that.”

“The question is: public perception is very important to them. They are very highly thought of in a lot of circles. They had a lot of support over Oprah.”

“They have a certain pull – but the question is how wisely will they exercise this? And how they’re able to exercise what pull they actually have within Netflix when it comes to this documentary series.”

“Whether they speak out on The Crown will surely have an effect on public perception of them. Netflix have a very special Royal success in getting both the Sussexes onboard and having The Crown.”

While standing in for Lorraine Kelly, Ranvir Singh shared these views.

He started it all off by asking Ross King, “There’s been so much chatter about it [the Netflix series], and of course, we understand that Harry and Megan want it to be delayed. And Netflix are pushing it back. What do we think has happened?”

Later, Ross said, “Well, I think there’s so many stories around about this, and none of it really is a surprise that it has been pushed back to some time next year.”

“And the idea for Netflix was that it would tie in with the next season of The Crown coming out in December.”

“Now, of course, you were talking yesterday that John Major criticised The Crown and of course, a lot of people not realising that The Crown is not official.”

“It’s not all fact, there are bits of it that are completely made up! So I think what’s happened is that Netflix have thought, Well wait a minute, there’s a lot of pushback to The Crown here as well, is this all going to work out alright?”

“’We’ve got the Harry Megan documentary coming up… I know that they’re wanting to change some things in it as well.’ And I think also a case like this, it’s like…. read the room, isn’t it?”

“You know, we were still getting over the Queen passing. And so I don’t think the time is right for us to face a lot of these things or to hear a lot of these things that we might not want to hear.”

“We’re not even sure if they’re all going to be true, so it’s going to be pushed back to sometime next year. We believe that there are some edits being made as well, but it’s not really a surprise.”

Previously, in Prince Harry: The Inside Story, the biographer revealed all of the patterns he noticed in the Duke of Sussex’s personality.

“He got a girlfriend who was from Africa, and before you knew it, Harry was walking around in his bare feet, sitting by campfire, paddling by in the outbacks of Africa,” he said in his most recent interview with Fox News Digital.

While dating Cressida Bonas, he transformed into a Bohemian prince, “going to music festivals dressed in brand new, expensive clothes.”

Mr Larcombe said it as “worrying” since he appears to “morph depending on who he’s with.”

In his marriage to Meghan Markle, it appears she “is the driving force in their relationship, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s a modern thing.”

At the same time, it appears that Prince Harry “had to give up just about everything he ever had in order to make that possible for Meghan.”

“I think Harry’s a very lost soul and has been potentially before his mother died. Harry’s a great guy, but has been very vulnerable to influences.”

“Maybe we can believe Harry’s his own man. Now he calls the shots. It doesn’t look like it. This looks like another example of how Harry has tried to morph himself into what he believes is the vision of normal as the person he’s dating.”

Lord Taylor also addressed the recent concerns, claiming, “Their newsworthyness is based on complaining. That is what is so corrosive, in my opinion.”
