A symbolic walkout was also held by several opposition members with the PPP in the Senate session.
The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) walked out against the NAB appearance of former President Asif Ali Zardari and harassment of its leaders. JUI-F and Jamaat-e-Islami did not join the opposition’s walkout.
Chairman Senate has directed Chief Whip Sajjad Turi and Senator Aurangzeb to convince the opposition.
