The platform emphasized its rigorous Quality Check (QC) process, involving manual and AI-powered screening, which led to the swift removal of the ad after detecting “modus operandi” related to lead generation during the AI check.

Taking decisive action, Naukri Gulf disabled access to the account responsible, citing a violation of their terms and conditions. The platform reiterated its commitment to a strong QC process and usage policy, ensuring that discriminatory or inappropriate content is promptly deleted and users in violation are blocked.

While Naukri Gulf asserted its role as one of the first job sites to identify and remove the controversial posting, it also highlighted the ad’s existence on other platforms, providing screenshots as evidence.
