The Anti-Terrorism Court of Lahore on Saturday canceled the arrest warrant of PMLN leader Marriyum Aurangzeb in the anti-state speech case.
Marriyum along with PMLN’s Mian Javed Latif appeared before the ATC, following which she secured a relief from possible arrest in anti-state speech case.
ATC judge Abhar Gul Khan conducted the hearing against PMLN leaders.
On November 25, ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrant for former information minister Marriyum Aurangzeb.
PML-N leaders Marriyum Aurangzeb, Javed Latif and others facing charges of inciting hatred against state institutions.
