PESHAWAR: A foreign tourist allegedly committed suicide in Muradabad area of Peshawar city.
Police sources said an Italian national allegedly committed suicide in Moradabad area, a foreign tourist identified as Joshua Moises Vargas.
The police have collected the evidence from the crime scene and started further investigation.
The Italian tourist was issued a tourist visa on October 9 and the deceased entered Peshawar from Bacha Khan International Airport on October 18.
The police said the Italian tourist was staying temporarily in a private society flat.

Earlier, Dr. Fauzia Siddiqui met her incarcerated Pakistani neuroscientist sister Aafia Siddiqui at a prison hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
The meeting between the two sisters lasted for 44 minutes in which Senator Talha Mahmood and Aafia Siddiqui’s lawyer were also present.
