Job Description
Job Purpose
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company.
- Manage visitors, customer queries, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage phone calls.
- Log queries and complaints, communicate with concerned employees, and ensure timely closure.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain a professional reception area, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, reporting to the Line Manager.
- Comply with HSE and company policies, work ethically, and report violations.
Working Conditions
- Respond to phone calls and work independently from the office.
- Standard hours of work, with occasional extended hours based on business requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Dress professionally as per company standards.
- May be required to physically inspect waste on duty.
