According to a leaked Google’s internal document, the company is all set to launch a foldable Pixel smartphone in 2021.
The leaked documents revealed 3 in process phones; raven and oriel which could be a Pixel 6 model, but the third phone ‘passport’ is vividly referred to as a “foldable”.
The report further revealed that all the three phones identified as “Q4 2021″ which clearly indicates that the Pixel foldable smartphone is moving towards becoming a retail product.

It should be mentioned here that the leaked document did not confirm the hardware team’s final plan as the company is developing Android for these three different smartphones.
As per details, the news about the foldable phone is not new as Google in the previous year had announced to launch a foldable phone and it would prototype the technology ahead of its annual I/O developer conference.

In the leaked documents, the company has decided to move ahead prototyping and will use the technology in a consumer device.
It is pertinent to mention here that Samsung had launched a foldable phone with a 7.3-inch screen in 2019.
