NADRA, the National Database and Registration Authority, plays a crucial role in issuing the Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) to Pakistani expatriates, especially those residing in Saudi Arabia.
The SNICOP permits any Pakistani national, including dual citizens, to apply for and travel to Pakistan visa-free. Notably, neonates born overseas can also acquire this document; however, a passport number is required.
