Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage team of Operation Supervisor /Coordinators for deploying the Manpower /Equipment to various Projects in time.
• Coordinates with Project Director /Project Managers /Planning department to have effective deployment and avoid any idle resources.
• Manage the Administration team to plant access are monitored properly to avoid any idling of Manpower.
• Manage the fleet team &ensure the Maintenance of Fleets to have effective deployment to the Project requirements.
Skill Sets
• Preferably Arabic and English Speaking /Writing
• MS office
• Construction knowledge
