  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions for the transportation of luxury cars.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for differentiation to have an up-to-date report to the leadership team.
