Oppo‘s next flagship smartphone, the Find X7 series, is set to incorporate satellite communication, as revealed by Oppo through a teaser posted on Weibo.

The satellite communication feature in the Oppo Find X7 series is expected to utilize the BeiDou satellite messaging service, similar to the technology employed by the Huawei Mate 60. However, there’s a possibility that this functionality could be restricted to China, even if the phone is eventually released globally.

Satellite communication is anticipated to be a feature in the upcoming Vivo X100 series, and it’s also expected in the Galaxy S24 series.
