Visitors from 63 eligible countries can now easily apply for an eVisa through an online portal, offering a gateway to Saudi Arabia’s warm hospitality, rich heritage, vibrant culture, and awe-inspiring landscapes. From the majestic mountains of Abha to the picturesque Red Sea beaches and the enchanting sands of the Empty Quarter, Saudi Arabia promises a diverse and captivating experience.
eVisa Details and Activities
The eVisa, valid for one year and allowing multiple entries, permits tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country. Travelers can partake in various tourism-related activities, including attending events, visiting family and relatives, leisure travel, and Umrah (excluding Hajj). However, studying is not included in the allowed activities, as stated in the country’s official blog.

Of the 63 countries eligible for the eVisa, a significant number are from Asia. The list of Asian countries eligible for the online visa includes:

China (including Hong Kong and Macau)
Japan
Kazakhstan
Kyrgyzstan

Maldives

South Korea
Tajikistan

Uzbekistan
It’s worth noting that Pakistani tourists are not eligible for the eVisa and must visit the relevant Saudi mission to obtain the visa, following the specific requirements.
