Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Accountability Shahzad Akbar has been given the post of Home Adviser.

According to details, the government has appointed Shahzad Akbar as interior adviser to the prime minister and a notification has been also issued.

According to the notification, the post of Shahzad Akbar will be equal to that of Federal Minister while Shahzad Akbar will have the portfolio of interior and accountability.

The notification further said that Malik Amin Aslam has been removed from the post of advisor and made special assistant.

Malik Amin Aslam Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Malik Amin Aslam has been given the status of Federal Minister. The notification also directed Malik Amin Aslam to assume his post immediately.
