Karachi: Another front-line warrior Dr Adnan Omar of Lyari General Hospital has succumbed to coronavirus

According to the Sindh Health Department, Dr Adnan Omar was working at Lyari General Hospital and had contracted coronavirus a few days ago.

The health department said that Dr Adnan’s brother is also undergoing treatment of coronavirus in a private hospital while other people including the wife of the late doctor are also undergoing tests.

According to the health department, the number of doctors dying from coronavirus has risen to 25 across Sindh.

Note that 1952 people have died from Coronavirus in the province so far while the number of infected patients has crossed one lakh.
