- Elon Musk’s Starlink is now officially registered in Pakistan.
- Ryan Goodnight appreciated Pakistan’s IT Sector.
- Syed Aminul Haq expressed optimism about Starlink.
The registration of SpaceX’s Starlink in Pakistan was discussed during a meeting between Director of Global Licensing and Market Activation at SpaceX, Ryan Goodnight, and Federal Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Syed Aminul Haq.
The Minister claims that Starlink has registered with Pakistan’s Securities and Exchange Commission. (SECP).
The purpose of the meeting was to investigate how Starlink’s fastest and cheapest satellite internet services could open the door for reasonably priced broadband services throughout Pakistan.
The Minister expressed optimism that, even in remote locations where inactive mobile towers might be inexpensively activated, Starlink’s services may drastically lower the operational expenses of telecom providers.

Ryan Goodnight expressed his appreciation for Pakistan’s growth in the IT and telecom sectors and thanked the Minister for his complete cooperation.
“Basic steps are complete, and now we are ready to go fast,” Ryan added.
By delivering quicker and more inexpensive internet connections, even in distant places, this development may completely transform Pakistan’s telecom sector. The objective of a connected Pakistan may be significantly closer to reality if Starlink’s services are successfully implemented in Pakistan.
