Carrie Underwood and Axl Rose succeeded! Fans of the “Before He Cheats” singer were in for a treat on Monday night when she brought out the one and only Guns N’ Roses leader during her performance at the Crypto.com Arena.
Underwood, 40, finishes each show with a cover of the band’s “Welcome to the Jungle” as part of her Denim & Rhinestones tour. She had company while she was in Los Angeles. She addressed the crowd, saying, “Los Angeles, I want to hear you make some noise. For Axl Rose.”
The 61-year-old musician then entered the stage wearing a zebra-print jacket and black jeans as he and Underwood sung the song’s lyrics. On Instagram, she thanked Rose for showing up for her once again.
“I’m the luckiest girl in the world… Thanks, Axl, for showing up, once again, to make the great times even better!” she wrote alongside a series of performance shots. “It’ll forever feel like it was all a dream, but these dreams are my favorite ones!”
In 2022, Underwood and Rose gave their first joint performance at Stagecoach Festival, singing “Paradise City” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine.” The next day, Underwood praised Rose for fulfilling her “lifelong goal” in an Instagram post.
