On March 19, the 10th Hub Rally will get underway between the Hub desert and the Gaddani seashore.
The principal organiser of Hub Rally, Shujaat Sherwani, revealed the specifics of the upcoming edition during a press conference on Monday in Karachi.
“We are glad to announce the 10th edition of Hub Rally which will take place on March 19,” he shared.
“A 30km-long track has been prepared, covering the desert and coastline of Gaddani. Once again, a tough and tricky track awaits some top racers of the country,” he added.
In addition to Sahibzada Sultan defending his championship, notable racers Roney Patel, Nadir Magsi, and Naveed Wasti will be on display.
There will be four classes of prepared and stock racing competitors. In their respective categories, female and senior drivers will also be seen competing.
Each driver in each category will be required to complete two laps of the 30km-long course. Each driver’s ultimate score will be determined by their best timing.
Only the veteran’s category will be open to drivers over the age of 60. The Hub Rally, known as the “Formula One of the Desert,” will also feature a separate biker competition.
