With a plastic bag in hand, another woman exits the store and makes her way over to the car. She is a few steps away from the vehicle when the female driver reaches out of the window to grab the bag. At that very moment, a large tire is speeding toward them.

The shopkeeper woman swiftly moves back, and it appears that the arm of the woman in the car was indeed hurt.
