Meghan Markle was seen beaming in new photos just hours after she and Prince Harry made their big announcement.
This week was historic for the Sussexes because it was revealed that their children, Archie and Lilibet, had been crowned prince and princess.
Meghan and Harry officially referred to their daughter as Princess Lilibet for the first time on Wednesday, when they announced her christening.
The Royal Family has confirmed the title change and has updated the children’s titles on their website to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet of Sussex.
Meghan Markle spent International Women’s Day volunteering at Harvest Home on Wednesday.
Harvest Home assists expectant mothers who have faced significant challenges such as domestic violence, substance abuse, and homelessness by providing housing, mental health support, and classes.
Since its inception in 1985, the organisation has assisted over 600 pregnant women and their children.
Meghan’s appearance coincided with the announcement by Buckingham Palace that her children would be able to use the titles of prince and princess.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry issued a statement in response to their children’s new titles.
“The children’s titles have been a birthright since their grandfather became Monarch,” the Sussexes said.
