KARACHI: Educationist Khalid Raza, who was shot dead on February 26 in Karachi, had received a wrist watch three months ago which showed the time at which his death occurred. Khalid Raza was killed at 8:10 am.
Bol News has quoted sources as saying that recce of Khalid Raza had been started three months ago as he received a parcel at his house. Sources said the delivery guy handed over the parcel to the family members after confirming that it was Khalid Raza’s house.
The parcel contained a watch which showed time 10 past 8. The family members saw the rider making video of their house. The rider ran away when they tried to stop him. A chit with the watch read “Best wishes Khalid Raza”.
A case was filed by police regarding the targeted killing of Syed Khalid Raza in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the megalopolis.

On February 19, a professor of the Government Islamia College University was shot dead by a watchman in Peshawar.
According to the police, the watchman had opened fire on Islamia College University professor over an argument, killing him on the spot.
The police had said that the watchman escaped the scene after the incident. Police had launched an investigation and carrying out raids to arrest suspect.
The university spokesman had said that professor Bashir belonged to Mardan.
